Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi's presence thrills children of Enugu State at this year's Easter Carnival with Nkoli Nwa Nsukka held at the Government Field, Nsukka, on Sunday.
It was indeed a memorable outing for the excited children to exchange pleasantries with their unassuming governor. The event which holds yearly is organized by Nollywood actress Rechael Okonkwo.
